What do you do, exactly?
We make sending handwritten cards and letters easy. Tell us what to say and who it's for, and we write, address and (if you like) mail every piece, whether you're one person adding a personal touch or a business thanking its customers.
Is it really handwritten?
Yes. Every word is written with a real pen and real ink through our own process. Nothing is printed.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. Before anything is written, we email or text you a proof to approve. Please use an email and phone number you check often so your order doesn't wait on us.
Are all the letters identical?
No two are ever the same. Every note gets its own natural variation, so each one feels genuinely one of a kind.
What do you write on?
Blank 4×6 cards, mailed in a standard #10 envelope. We can also address envelopes you already have.
How do I send you my list of names?
When you order, paste one recipient per line: name, street, city, state and ZIP. For a long list, share a link to a Google Sheet, Excel or CSV file instead.
Can I send letters in bulk?
Yes! One heartfelt note or hundreds of custom letters, the order is just as simple.
How does the custom handwriting font work?
After you order, a member of our team will reach out personally with instructions to get started. Once your font is ready, your notes go out in your own handwriting.
What's the turnaround time?
It depends on the size of the order and whether you're using a custom handwriting font. Standard orders move quickly; larger or more complex ones can take longer. We'll give you an estimated timeline when you order.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Because every order is written to your exact wording, we can't offer refunds. Please double-check your message and addresses before you order.
